Over the last couple of years I, like plenty of other people, had far too much time to think, and dwell, ruminate, and ponder. I now have something to show for it: a completed, edited and reviewed memoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don’t have a publisher yet – that’s the next step. In the meantime, I am trying to get an idea of the level of interest in a memoir written by a woman who’s been in IT since PCs were getting networked for the first time, and the internet wasn’t yet a thing. And, of course, along the way, discovering MIIS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I decided not to call the book Miss MIIS, though I did consider “Identity Bytes”. In the end I’ve gone for “IT Grrrrl” because a) nineties, and b) you should have seen me in the nineties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
